Excellent customer service. Had an issue with first delivery and a new order was shipped. Very good quality and smells lovely. Of course dog hates it, but he hates all sprays and especially things that smell great. He did tolerate it though and the smell is not overpowering or synthetic smelling which is good.

Very happy with the product! Arlo enjoys his ‘bath’ with the mango and oatmeal spray. I’m vision impaired and Arlo is my guide dog, he’s laying on dirty bus floors daily so a freshen up each week with a waterless bath is perfect for him. He never smells ‘doggy’ and his coat is lovely amd soft. I highly recommend!

we've had such varying weather lately from the rain to humid heat; this, and his tendency to snuffle his way through the veggie patch make for a strong wet dog stench even one week after a groom. However, his dry skin and curly hair also require a nice long soak with a moisturising conditioner.
having @pawsense's waterless shampoo in a lavender scent on hand was great for a quick freshening but moisturising cleanse! Renoir's coat still feels as soft as it was since his last groom and hasn't seemed as bothered by the bugs thriving in this humidity
+ the lavender is a great natural scent that isn't overly fake/offensively powering which is very promising to the shampoo's effect on sensitive/dry skin!
The microfibre towel is also a great addition to the range with an extremely lush feel to the fabric and quick dry.

We can't recommend Pawsense enough! It's been a Life saver in the past two days. Specially because we couldn't bath him at all, and he is covered in Poo all the time due to his Illness that we had to constantly clean him. This product is such a life saver!

Both smell soooo good! The microfibre cloth made it super easy to use the shampoo. The smell is just divine and both Lenyx and Zelda were super soft afterwards.
Even better is that it’s completely natural! It has an enzyme formula so it only goes on the fur and doesn’t penetrate the skin.

This is the next best thing. Used it on one of my dogs, I'm very happy with the results and the Oatmeal Mango smell is good, but not over powering. Really made their hair soft and shiny and they definitely smell better. Good stuff, I'll definitely be ordering more.
